The Return of Millar the Maverick

David Millar, once the golden boy of British cycling, will return to the Tour de France after serving a two-year drug ban from the sport:

"'I'm calmer, quieter, probably happier and sadder at the same time. The irony was that it took all that for me to grow up,' said the 29-year-old Scot."
