Globo-Corp Project Manager: "I'm Bob. Well, make that Robert. Sorry--it's Robert, not Bob. I've been trying to make the transition from Bob to Robert and it's proving harder than I thought."
Me: "What if I called you Rob?"
Globo-Corp Project Manager: "No."
Me: "Hi, I'm J."
